How To Make Matcha Flow

You can make a hot matcha or cold matcha latte using Matcha Flow. 

For A Hot Matcha Latte:

Mix two teaspoons (11g) of Matcha Flow with 60ml of hot water
Use a frother to mix the hot water and matcha powder
Add a further 80ml of hot water and mix with a frother
Top up with milk of choice for a creamier and smoother finish (optional)

    For An Iced Matcha Latte:

    Mix two teaspoons (11g) of Matcha Flow with 60ml of hot water
    Use a frother to mix the hot water and matcha powder
    Add a further 80ml of cold water and mix with a frother
    Add ice
    Top up with milk of choice for a creamier and smoother finish

     

    Tips For The Perfect Mix

    Always mix a small amount of Matcha Flow with hot water and use a frother or whisk to mix. This will ensure you have no lumps or sediment at the bottom of your cup. 

    For a smoother and creamier finish just add more milk and less water.
