I'm a self confessed coffee addict but I must admit Matcha Flow was a pleasant change. I take mine with coconut milk, no sweetener (I'm sweet enough 🤣). Tastes lovely and creamy and provides sustained energy without the crash. Love it!

This is actually a great product however the ingredients list an oat based drink which makes it intolerable for me on a daily basis. I therefore can only take it maximum about 1 a week and am not getting the full benefits. Clarity on that before purchase would have been beneficial.
