No difference

Having used Dream Flow now for a week or so, I haven't noticed any difference to my sleep pattern.
The taste is fine, perhaps a little bit powdery but unfortunately it's not for me.

I find having this at 2 am gets me back to sleep; however, I have to use a bit more tha the 10gram suggested. This does make it even more costly.
