I'd been patiently waiting for this product and it was definitely worth the wait! I'm generally a good sleeper but have had some recent nights that my sleep hasn't been the best. I normally have a decaf tea or hot chocolate before bed, hence my excitement to try this product with so many great health benefits. I've had it 3 nights on the trot now and I really like it! I was worried it would be too bitter for me (I've got a sweet tooth) but it's just perfect! And I've had 3 much better night sleep! Thank you for creating 2 fantastic products! I can't go a day/night without both now :)

Absolutely love the Ritual and Flo Matcha. It has become a ritual, I have one every day either iced or hot depending on the weather with oat milk and a dash of honey. It's delicious and I genuinely look forward to drinking it everyday!

Great taste, certainly not feeling the slump after I do with coffee. Feel more alert and relaxed for hours after drinking. Love it with a little coconut milk. I’m converted.

I would not be without my matcha latte every morning now. Definitely don’t feel the crash of normal coffee and have really noticed a difference in my skin. My friend started shortly after me and loves it too! I drink mine with almond milk and a squeeze of honey, either hot or cold. I really would recommend trying!

I'm a self confessed coffee addict but I must admit Matcha Flow was a pleasant change. I take mine with coconut milk, no sweetener (I'm sweet enough 🤣). Tastes lovely and creamy and provides sustained energy without the crash. Love it!

Really delicious and easy to mix! I’ve tried it as a hot drink and as an iced drink with cinnamon and maple syrup! Awesome tasting and noticed how I don’t seem to have that afternoon lag in energy! Really impressed so far and will be incorporating as part of my daily routines!

Absolutely love Matcha Flow - I make mine with just hot water (not boiling!) and found it needed no sweetener to help it along. I liked it just as it was. It’s got a beautiful, clean taste with no funny aftertaste to it. I was really surprised how much I loved it!

I also felt much ‘brighter’ mentally, with a sharper focus and ability to work better for longer. I don’t get on with coffee much, so Matcha Flow was the perfect replacement to see me through my workloads and deadlines comfortably. No cranky energy surge, a feeling that I hate and can send me into a bit of a panic about the day ahead. Instead I felt calm, collected, and mentally organised - a huge benefit on any day of the week.

Matcha Flow is now my go to daily drink for energy and long lasting focus. I mix it with hot water, a small amount of oat, almond or coconut milk and add either honey or half a sweetener - great taste and long lasting energy.

I always struggle with switching off and sometimes it can take me 1 to 2 hours to fall asleep. Three days with this and I'm falling asleep easily, staying asleep and waking up feeling good. I'm hooked and love the taste too. Thank you
