All Ritual + Flow products are supplied with a no quibble 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 60 days of the date you receive the order you can contact us for a full refund.
In order to request a refund, please email us at support@ritualandflow.com and tell us why you would like to request a refund.
We will then ask you to return the package to us by post.
Refunds are valid on all orders returned and received by us within 60 days of original purchase date.
Subject to 1 used pouch per person. Additional pouches can be returned unopened for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

I've not received my refund yet. Where is it?
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to show up in your account. If it has been over 10 business days since we received your return then please contact us at support@ritualandflow.com
I want to cancel or pause my subscription, how do I do it?
If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription you can do so by logging in to your account and managing your subscription. Cancellations or changes mustbe made at least 48 hours before your dispatch date. To return a subscription pouch please contact us on support@ritualandflow.com
Can I get an exchange for damaged items?
If your delivered pouch is damaged or soiled this must be reported to us within 72 hours from delivery by contacting support@ritualandflow.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the damaged item.
