If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription you can do so by logging in to your account and managing your subscription. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your dispatch date. To return a subscription pouch please contact us on support@ritualandflow.com.
Can I get an exchange for damaged items?
If your delivered pouch is damaged or soiled this must be reported to us within 72 hours from delivery by contacting support@ritualandflow.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the damaged item.

Is Matcha Flow Hard To Make?
It's super easy to make Matcha Flow. Simply add one scoop to a cup and add a small amount of water. Mix and then add a little more water and mix again. Finish with a milk of your choice. For best results use a hand held milk frother (which is included in all subsriptions).

We use a very small amount of Stevia in Matcha Flow. Stevia is a natural sweetener and we use Stevia 97% Rebaudioside A (Reb A) which is a highly purified, natural sweetener derived from the Stevia rebaudiana plant - just about the purest natural sweetener available. We include this not just for its sweetness but as it also amplifies the natural matcha flavours.

I have always loved matcha but for some reason it does not taste as good when prepared at home as compared to those bought in coffee shops. But this one tastes just like the hand crafted matcha from my favourite shop. Even better as it is packed vitamins to keep me going through the day.

Too gritty and earthy for me
Sorry to hear that. Gritty isn't a word we've ever heard before describing Matcha Flow. If you want it creamier then you can add a little more milk. To ensure you get a good smooth blend we recommend using the Ritual and Flow frother. Best way to do this is to mix a small amount of hot (not boiling) water with the matcha, whisk with the frother, then add a little more milk, froth again, then add your milk of choice and give one final mix. Hope that helps.
